Board Eligibility: Under standard non-profit bylaws for Main Street programs, the Board of Directors must maintain a majority of members who are district property owners or business operators. Associate members outside the district can serve on committees (Organization, Promotion, Design, or Economic Vitality) but may face restrictions on holding certain officer positions on the board. 


Voting Rights: Voting rights are only for paid up downtown business memberships.
